Do you know that daily meditation will help you connect with your spirit and heal?

Begin by finding a quiet space. Sit or stand comfortably. Close your eyes gently, and take a deep breath in and slowly out.

Theme: Embracing the Peaceful of Misty Morning 

Breathe in the stillness.

Feel the cool, misty air of morning wrap gently around you.

The world is quiet here -not asleep, but softly awakening.

Breathe out tension.

Let go of yesterday. Let go of rush. Let go of noise.

Right now, there is only calm.

Breathe in peace.

Notice the light rising behind the fog.

It may be hidden, but it is there steady, sure, and full of promise.

Breathe out gratitude.

You are here.

You are alive in this moment.

You are held by the beauty of something gentle and new.

Let the mist be a reminder:

Even when things aren’t clear,

Even when vision is blurred,

There is still wonder.

There is still breath.

There is still you growing, becoming, awakening.

Now take one final deep breath.

Open your eyes.

Step into your day with soft strength and open heart.

The mist will lift, and you will shine.

Hug yourself with love.
